Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed once a week, and packages leave the following Monday. To this period, postal delivery must be added. The latter is 1 to 2 days for Belgium, 2 to 4 days for neighboring countries (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and 3 to 5 days for the rest of the European Union.
For a purchase value of more than 100 euros, the shipment is free of charge for Belgium, France, Netherlands & Luxembourg.
For a purchase value of more than 150 euros, the shipment is free of charge to the member countries of the European Union.
From 250 euros, shipping is free of charge anywhere in the world.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. For any exchange, change of size, purchase credit or refund, you therefore have a period of 30 days from the date of purchase on your invoice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it (neither washed nor worn). It must also be in its original or similar packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, go to the following portal and enter your order details: https://shakandkai.shipping-portal.com/rp/. A prepaid return label will be generated for you. You will then just have to attach the label to your package and bring it to the nearest postal office.

For Belgium and neighbouring countries (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany), return costs are covered by Shak&Kai. For any other country, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item.
If you are shipping a package worth more than €75, we advise you to use a tracking and tracing service or to take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your return. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the next few business days.
If you are late in receiving your refund, check your bank account first. Otherwise, please contact us at email@example.com specifying your order number and bank details.
